Details: 1065 pupils; teacher-pupil ratio: 1:51. Seven classes. Located 2.8kms from Iganga town.

Bulubandi Primary School has high pupil enrolment – a single class will have over 150 pupils – but insufficient room to accommodate pupils. The head teacher’s office has been re-allocated as a reading corner, safe space for adolescent girls and as a small administration office. The school’s desire to see its children get a good education outweighs the school building’s limitations. The reading corner was designed TUSOME and weekly debates are being carried out.
